Refund Policy - the basics

At Regal Strategic Consulting, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized consulting services tailored to each client’s business needs.

1. Non-Refundable Fees: All consulting fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. By booking a consultation or engagement, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule consultations with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may forfeit the session fee.

3. Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of emergencies or unforeseen events, we may offer partial credit toward future services at our discretion.

4. Agreement: Booking a session constitutes acceptance of this refund policy.
